  • The clinic does not offer vaccinations or other services to animals not being spayed or neutered. Please make sure your pets are up-to-date on vaccinations before bringing as Distemper is still common in GA.  We recommend vaccines to be given 2-3 weeks before surgery so they have some immunity to diseases they may encounter where other animals are present. If you dont get them prior to your appiontment vaccines can be done at time of surgery as well.
  •  We Also Offer Pediatric Spay & Neuter Surgeries.  They must be at least 12 weeks old and at least 3 pounds.
  • All feral* cats have to be in an individual humane trap, not a carrier.  Please trap overnight and bring in before 8:30 AM.  If 2 are caught in one trap, bring an extra crate for one to recover in after surgery. There should be nothing in the crate but the cat. No towels, blankets, newspapers, food, etc.
    *NOTE: Feral means they are wild and not able to be touched, therefore need to be trapped.  Just because some cats are stray does not mean they are feral.  If a cat is brought in a trap and we deem they are friendly and we can handle them, you will be charged the normal fees.
  •  All adult cats are required to be in an individual plastic or cardboard cat carrier suitable for carrying cats at time of drop off; one cat per carrier.  If not, a $5 cardboard carrier fee will be charged for each cat needing a separate carrier.  Exception: kittens less than 16 weeks can be no more than 2 to a carrier. No wire crates accepted.
  • All dogs and puppies are required to be on a leash or in individual plastic carrier at time of drop off .  No wire crates accepted.

Payment can be made with cash or credit card (VISA or MasterCard);
We Accept Personal Checks with valid Drivers License and phone number

CERTIFICATES: If you are using a SPOT certificate or getting any other payment help from a third party, it is YOUR responsibility to get the certificate and have payment ready at time of appointment. Our staff does not get certificates for you. You are responsible for full payment or making your own arrangement.

Payment is expected at time of pick-up and an animal cannot be discharged without payment.

There is an addtional charge of $15 for late pickup. One overnight stay for surgery is free but a boarding charge of $50 per night will be charged if animal is not picked up on scheduled pick-up day.

An animal will be considered abandoned after 24 hours and will be turned over to the County Animal Control agency to prosecute abandoment if left longer than a day as we do not have the space to keep them.

We appreciate your prompt pick-up and payment.
